Smoked Fish
We smoke our fish on weekly basis. Whitefish, herring, sturgeon, lake trout and others are smoked in a stainless steel smoker. We smoke our fish with hardwood maple. Nothing beats the smokey sweet flavor of our smoked fish, done the old fashion way!
Our smoked fish can be bought locally at several retail outlets, or, you can come by 102 Ella Drive, Mississauga First Nation, anytime during the season to pick up your fresh fish, Bob & Ron’s Fish Coating and a couple of pieces of smoked fish, mmm...ever good fish!
