How To Cook Fish - Using Bob & Ron’s Fish Coating

Cooking Instructions:

Pour your coating onto a plate.  Rinse your fish, pat partially dry before coating both sides, your package of Bob & Ron’s Fish Coating will coat more fish.

In a frying pan, heat 1/2 inch of vegetable oil to approximately 375 degrees celcius (8 of 10 on stove dial), or, you can tell your oil is ready by cutting a small piece of fish and putting it in the pan,  when the fish starts a good sizzle, add your coated fish, turn your heat down to just above medium (6 of 10 on your stove dial).

Watch it sizzle and wipe your lip because you’ll be salivating!  Remember, don’t cook on to high of a heat, you’ll burn your oil and fish.  Cook the first side about 40 seconds and turn over for another 30 seconds, depending on the thickness of the fillet.

You’ll soon be able to tell by the golden color of the fish when it is ready! Remove from pan to a newspaper, or, paper towel. Enjoy with your choice of side.  You’ll say, mmm...ever good fish!
